〇良かった点
部屋が静かで広く清潔。夜もぐっすり眠れました🛏。
部屋の窓が自由に開閉可なので、自分で部屋の換気ができます。
お水が2本無料でついてきました。
アメニティー（歯ブラシなど）はフロント横でもらい、乳液/化粧水/洗顔セットは￥300にてフロントで販売されています。
チェックインは半分自動ですが、フロントの人がいて対応してくれます。
ホテルの外のすぐ近くを高瀬川が流れていて、鴨川に面したカフェ☕もあります。
〇残念だった点
部屋の窓からの眺めが建物や家の屋根などでした。
値段に対して、とてもコスパが良く今後もリピートしようと思います✌
個人的なおすすめ度は★★★☆☆です😊

I want to introduce "【Hotel M's Est Nanajo】," which is within 5 min walk from Keihan Nanajo station and 10 min walk from Kyoto station.

Room type：Twin（16 square meters）
〇Pros
Spacious and clean room with two bottles of complementary water. You can open room windows without permissions, so you can ventilate a room.
Amenities, such as tooth blush, are displayed next to front desk so that guests can take necessary things on their own. A pack of milk, lotion and cleansing form is sold for 300 yen.
Check-in procedure is half automated, and hotel staff help you go through the process. They are very friendly😊
The location is also very nice. Adjacent to the hotel, there is the Takase river, a famous canal in Kyoto. Also, you can find nice and cozy cafes along the Kamo river, which is in the opposite side of the Takase river.
〇Cons
From the room I stayed, I could only see buldings or rooftops of houses. But, given that the hotel fee is super reasonable, this place is so nice, I will stay here again and I recommend you to stay here!
