〇良かった点
日・月曜日限定プランで人生最安値で泊まれました。
ホステルではなくビジホでこの価格は驚きました😲
京阪清水五条駅から徒歩5分圏内ですが、場所が少し奥まっていて分かりづらいです。
ホテルは高瀬川の目の前にあり、外観がとても京風できれいです。
チェックインは自動で宿泊税もその機械で支払います。
ホテルから歩いて２分ほどのところに、鴨川を眺められるテラス席のある素敵なカフェがありました☕
部屋に電子レンジと小さなテーブルのスペースがあるので、お弁当など自分で温めて食べることができます🍱
〇残念だった点
部屋の掃除が若干行き届いていない感があったように感じました（ベッドフレームの埃。ベッドの掛け布団の白いしみ等）。
禁煙室でしたが、夜中２回ほど強いたばこの煙の臭いがしました🚬。
壁がかなり薄く、隣の人の笑い声も聞こえます。
アメニティーは歯ブラシや櫛などはありますが、お茶パックなどはないです（化粧水やメイク落とし系もありません）。
テレビの位置がベッドの左側で、少し見にくいです。枕が私には硬かったです。
窓は自分で開けることができませんが、換気口のようなものはありました。
〇まとめ
残念だった点を結構書いてしまったのですが、なんといっても京都市内なのにホステルやカプセルホテルと同じくらいの価格で、しかも16平米もありバストイレ付きというのは素晴らしいと思います。
あと、すれ違った宿泊客は２名とも大量の食糧を買い込んでいる感じの男性で、連泊される方が多いのかなという印象です。
細かいことが気にならない方、最低限個室で泊まれればOKという方にはとてもおすすめのホテルです😊

I want to introduce "【Livemax KyotoKamogawamae Hotel 】," which is within 5 min walk from Keihan Kiyomizu-Gojo station.

Room type：Twin（16 square meters）
〇Pros
I payed only ￥2200, which is the cheapest price per one night at a hotel in my life. This is not hostel but hotel, so I think this hotel offers rooms with suprisingly reasonable price.
You might have difficulty spotting this hotel, since it's located in small local streets (I recommend you to walk along the Takase river which is near the Kamo river). The exterior of the hotel is Kyoto style, and it's beautiful especially at night.
Check-in process is automatized, but staff help you proceed.
About 2 min walk from the hotel, you can find Kawama Cafe, a nice cozy cafe from which you can enjoy the Kamo river.
A Microwave oven was accomodated in the room, so you can warm up foods.
〇Cons
Room cleaning was not enough. You might find dusts on the bedframe or white stains on the coverlet.
I stayed at non-smoking room, but I felt a strong smell of cigarette twice in my room (maybe came in from other rooms).
The wall of the room was so thin that I could hear sounds from a room next to mine.
As for room amenities, you can get tooth brush or comb, but there is no tea bags or face lotion/milks.
Pillow was a bit stiff for me, and TV was put on the wall next to the bed, so you might find it difficult to watch TV while you are lying on the bed.
You can't open the room window, but there is a small ventilator on the wall.
〇Conlusion
I wrote more Cons than Pros, but given that they offer rooms with extrodinarily reasonable price in Kyoto city (which would be almost the same price as hostels or capsule-hotels), and the rooms have a toilet and bathtub, this hotel is amazing.
When I just arrived at the hotel, I happened to see two guests who just came back to the hotel with big shopping bags full of groceries. Both were male. My impression was that there might be many guests who stay here for many days in a row.
If you do not care about the stuff I wrote in the Cons, or if what you want is just to stay a night in a private room with toilet and bathtub or shower, then I highly recommend this hotel!
